Rwanda, Israel sign deal for stronger ties
Israel Minister for Foreign Affairs, Avigdor Lieberman and his Rwandan counterpart, Louise Mushikiwabo signed a Declaration of Intent which will aim to forge closer relations between the two countries which brings prospect for joint ventures with Rwandans.
